Eagle says: "It is this easy"

Have you ever received exactly the right words at the right time from a guide or other loving being?  In a wonderful meditation this summer, at a time when I was stressing about getting huge projects done on time, a giant eagle came.  It picked me up and flew around holding me and showing me things.  Eagles are deeply meaningful to me.  Among other reasons, I was born under the sign of the eagle and the ant. 

I paid attention.

Imagine feeling 110% safe and loved while receiving the gift of flight and lightness as well as seeing things from a new perspective.  At the end, Eagle said:

"This is how you must be. 
Free like the eagle, bound to no one. 
Bound to your own ideas and whims. 
Bound to truth, justice and healing. 
Bound to joy, love and happiness. 
It feels light, like air. 
It is delightful…
It  is  this  easy. 
You just lift off."

Healer, I wish nothing less for you than for you to step forward right now, to open and connect to your natural healing gifts in the unique way you express them, and for you to just... lift... off! 

Reread the poem a few times.  I know you can do this.
