It's so nice to hear someone other than me saying that calories have NOTHING to do with losing weight. Calories is what happens to food when you put it in a machine and burn it, not a body. I learned this from talking intuitively to bodies. Have you talked to yours recently?
Also good info on un-sugar sweeteners like corn syrup. This is why healthy people read labels before they buy, darn them! (No, wait, imitate them!)
